Dr. Kristen Barber has two new groups starting in our Aventura office this Fall; a group for teenage girls (age 14-17) and an adult process group. See the attached flyer and please share with anyone you think might be interested!

4/10/13: 11th Annual Autism Spectrum Disorders Conference

Drs. Judith Migoya and Samantha Carella will be speaking at the 11th Annual Autism Spectrum Disorders Conference on 4/10/13. They will be presenting on "Recognizing, Coping With and Preventing Bullying in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders." Dr. Kristen Barber will be holding a Girls Teen Group in our Aventura office beginning April 3, 2013. The group will address issues related to peer pressure, family conflict, effective coping skills, and more. Dr. Samantha Carella was invited to join a panel to speak to a group of over 175 people at the educational event 
'Respect and Resilience: Foundations for a Healthy Marriage and Family.' The event was sponsored by Yehi Ohr, OHEL Children's Home and Family Services, and The Shul of Bel Harbour.  Dr. Carella spoke about children in the family system. Great work, Dr. C!
