9/18/14, 9-10am: FREE Parenting Seminar on Fostering Independence, Sleep Habits, and Adaptive Skills

PPA's own Dr. Samantha Carella and Dr. Jessica Garcia will be presenting at The Gordon School of Beth David Congregation's first Parent Seminar of the new school year. The seminar is FREE to anyone who would like to come, and the topic will be Fostering Independence, Sleep Habits, and Adaptive Skills in Your Child. Dr. Danielle Stier presented on Sunday May 4th at the Young Israel of Hollywood - Ft. Lauderdale. Her talk, "Yosef and His Brothers: A Poignant Case Study of Sibling Rivalry," focused on understanding this biblical story from the perspective of contemporary psychology and highlighted parenting practices for dealing with sibling rivalry, jealousy, and nurturing healthy self-esteem in our children.
