Two Sessions Added to Sunrise Academy Summer Camp

Pediatric Psychology Associates is happy to announce two recently added sessions to our Sunrise Academy Sports and Inclusion Summer camp! This is a great, active camp that includes fun activities like martial arts, yoga, and arts & crafts while adding an element of Social Skills training. PPA Exhibits at Florida Psychological Association's Annual Conference

Congratulations to Drs. Judith Migoya and Samantha Carella for representing Pediatric Psychology Associates as exhibitors at the Florida Psychological Association's Annual Conference in Tampa last weekend! Drs. Migoya and Carella presented on the new DSM-V updates, specifically the changes to the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders. They also discussed new and innovative programs in Child Psychology, including Pediatric Psychology Associates’ own Multidisciplinary Developmental Clinic. 

PPA Invited As Guests on the Autism Channel Pilot

Pediatric Psychology Associates is excited about a new TV Autism Channel that may be coming to South Florida. Dr. Judith Migoya and Christina Sullivan, LCSW were guests on Dr. Judith Aronson-Ramos' show, "Dr. Judy," in the pilot. The pilot will be showcased at the summer conference for the Autism Society in San Diego, CA. More information to come!

Workshops For Parents Of Children With Social And Behavioral Challenges

Pediatric Psychology Associates is offering Parenting Workshops for parents of children and adolescents with Social and Behavioral Challenges. The workshops will be on June 26th for parents of preschool and elementary school kids and June 28th for parents of middle and high school kids. This is a great way to get some tips on how to manage these difficulties! Please contact the office if you're interested. 

Dr. Acosta Interview on Univision's Primer Impacto

For our Spanish speaking friends, Dr. Susan Acosta will be interviewed tonight on Univision's Primer Impacto at 5:00pm. Dr. Acosta will be discussing Beauty Pageants and the impact they have on the participants in them, it should be a very interesting interview.
